AS Consult is a management consultancy based in Linz, Austria, supporting companies, entrepreneurs, and skilled professionals with business, organisational, and administrative matters. Our core areas of expertise include company formation, business licensing, human resources, recruitment, immigration services, and global employment consulting. Today, we work with more than 30 companies of various sizes, including several major corporate groups operating throughout Austria.

A particular focus of our work is the employment of third-country nationals in Austria and Germany.
We support both employers and skilled professionals throughout the entire process — from the initial assessment and document preparation to work and residence permit applications, employment procedures, and successful integration.
We also advise entrepreneurs throughout the entire company formation process, with a particular focus on third-country nationals who wish to establish a business in Austria. Our support covers residence requirements, business licensing, legal structures, documentation, and all essential administrative procedures.

Management Consultant, Managing DirectorAdis studied Business Administration, is currently studying Law and was a trainee in tax consulting. He has many years of professional experience as an executive and managing director, leads AS Consult and supports companies, skilled professionals, as well as founders with economic, organisational and global employment matters.
Mag. iur. Selma Sarač
Management Consultant, Trainee Tax AdviserSelma is a lawyer and works full-time in tax consulting. As Adis's wife, she provides support when needed with complex matters, particularly when legal questions arise.
Selma Sarač, BSc
HR Senior AssociateSelma studied Economics with a focus on Business Psychology and sustainable personnel and team development. She is currently completing her master's degree in Economis and Business Analytics and works at the Institute of Economics at JKU Linz. She supports companies and their skilled professionals in the areas of recruiting, human resources and workplace integration.
Marijana Jakovljević
Administrative AssistantMarijana supports companies and their skilled professionals with the organisation and administrative processing of ongoing matters. She also coordinates appointments and handles organisational tasks in the back office.

allows us to represent clients before public authorities.
Following a thorough initial assessment, we represent our clients
under a power of attorney in accordance with Section 136 (3) of the
Austrian Trade Regulation Act (GewO).
As part of our services, we prepare documentation, manage correspondence with authorities, and significantly reduce the administrative burden for employers.
Where appropriate, we can submit applications on behalf of employers and personally accompany applicants during appointments with public authorities.
